Located in Sanhetang, Qiaotou Group, Shuijing Village, Tanzi Mountain Town, this spring well was discovered during a survey of Tanshan in the 1960s. Legend says it connects to an underground river, flowing year-round with clear, sweet water. It gushed forcefully when found, hence the name. A 5-inch steel pipe now controls the flow, supplying dozens of mu of farmland and nearby villagers.

山泉喷井位于谭子山镇水井村桥头组三禾塘，于本世纪60年代对探山进行勘察时发现。相传，此山泉井水与地下阴河相通，长年不断，水流清澈，水质甘甜。因发现时，水流又急又大，喷涌而出，故得名山泉喷井。
后经专家采用非常手段，控制了外喷的水流，现在保留着一根直径5寸的钢管作为出水口，作为周边几十亩农田和附近村民生活用水的主要水源。
