Tianbo Mansion is located in Yangjiajie Scenic Area. 天波府位于杨家界景区，数十座绝壁，交缠错落，参差不齐，场面悲壮，若残垣断垒，令人不由感叹大自然的威力及沧海桑田的变幻。相传此乃杨家“天波府”的遗址。据山西大学历史系副教授周征松考证，景区名称杨家界（还有上面提到的“天波府”、“宗保峰”、“六郎湾”等）都是为纪念杨家将而命名的。住在这杨家界的杨氏宗族，原来都是历史杨家将的后代，由北到南，由江西到湖南、到湘西并经过历代演变，迁移跋涉而来的。
相传，北宋杨家将围剿向王天子曾在天子山安营扎寨。后因战争旷日持久，杨家便在此地繁衍后代，使这里成了“杨家界”。如今，杨家界还保存有《杨氏族谱》和明清时代的杨家祖墓，有“六郎湾”、“七郎湾”、“宗保湾”、“天波府”等地名。 天波府位于杨家界景区，数十座绝壁，交缠错落，参差不齐，场面悲壮，若残垣断垒，令人不由感叹大自然的威力及沧海桑田的变幻。
