Shadao Valley Scenic Area — Hanging White Silk

Behind Small Heaven's Gate lies a narrow, long ravine. About 400 meters along the ravine, a clear spring pours down from over 200 meters above a sheer cliff. In rainy midsummer, the waterfall strikes the stone ledge below, sending droplets flying into the air before falling back to the valley floor and splashing over 10 meters away, roaring like muffled thunder. After rain clears, rainbows often rise.
