Shadao Valley Scenic Area — Qingxin Pool

The first scenic spot of Shadao Valley. A collapsed boulder lies across the stream, one end resting on the right bank to form an opening. The stream flows through with a tinkling sound, forming a pool over 1 meter deep. The water is clear as a mirror, with red and white sand and stones gleaming on the bottom, and fish and frogs swimming about. Tall stone peaks surround both sides, with dense evergreen broadleaf trees and shrubs, and moss covering the slopes like a green carpet. Peaks and blue sky reflect in the pool, with wisps of white clouds drifting across.
