Shadao Valley Scenic Area

Shadao Valley is located on the north side of the middle reaches of Jinbian Stream in the northeastern part of the forest park, named after villagers who once practiced slash-and-burn farming here. It is a valley known for its wildness. The stream originates in Yuanjiajie, flowing from northwest to southeast, emptying into Jinbian Stream at Zicao Pool, with a total length of 5 kilometers. The valley is V-shaped, 20-30 meters wide. Along the stream are major attractions including Qingxin Pool, Five Women Worshipping the Marshal, Peacock Displaying Its Tail, and Moon Pass.
