Zhangjiajie Double Gorge One-Line Sky

The "Double Gorge One-Line Sky" landscape is located two kilometers south of Yongding District, adjacent to the South Railway Station and the east side of the cement plant, also known as "Lower Gorge Cave." Sheer rock walls close in on both sides, with ancient vines hanging overhead and babbling water below. Travelers pass by stepping on stone steps and crossing small bridges. Inside the cave, cliffs rise on both sides with passage through at both ends — it was once the only route to Tianmen Mountain. Within the cave, a stretch of about one kilometer blocks the sky, with light and shadow closing and opening year-round, and voices echoing hollowly.
