Li Fuchun's former residence at No. 40 Sanxing Street in Changsha faces the street and is oriented east-west. First built in the late Qing, it was destroyed in the 1938 'Wenxi Fire' and later rebuilt on the site, covering 48 square meters as a three-story brick-and-timber building with a small-tiled double-pitched roof. Li Fuchun was born here on May 22, 1900, and spent his childhood and student years here before going to France in 1919, becoming an outstanding leader of the Chinese Communist Party.

李富春故居在长沙市三兴街40号，临街，坐东朝西，始建于清末，毁于1938年“文夕大火”。后在遗址上重建，占地48平方米，为砖木结构的三层楼房，小青瓦双坡屋面。1900年5月22日李富春诞生于此，并在此度过了童年和学生时代。1919年赴法勤工俭学，投身革命，成为中国共产党政治、军事、经济战线上卓越的领导者和组织者。
