A cultural relic protection unit of Changsha, located on the eastern slope of Shizhu'ao, Shiren Village, Yuhua Township, in the southern suburbs of Changsha. The tomb faces east, with a granite enclosure 5.6 meters in diameter and an earthen mound 0.8 meters high and 4 meters in diameter. At the head stand three Qiyang stone steles: the main stele 2 meters high and 0.6 meters wide, inscribed in regular script 'Tomb of He Gong Zizhen Daren'; the flanking steles 1.7 meters high and 0.5 meters wide, inscribed with his biography. The enclosure was destroyed in 1958 during farmland water conservancy construction.

何绍基墓是长沙市文物保护单位。位于长沙市南郊雨花乡石人村石竹坳东山坡。墓坐西朝东，花岗石砌墓围，直径5.6米，土冢高0.8米，径4米。冢首竖祁阳石墓碑三通，主碑高2米，宽0.6米，阴刻楷书"何公子贞大人墓"。两侧耳碑高1.7米，宽0.5米，阴刻碑文内容为其生平简介。1958年兴修农田水利时墓围被毁。
何绍基(1788～1873)，字子贞，号东洲，晚号暖叟，湖南道县人。清道光十六年(1836)进士，官至国史馆、武英殿总纂，精于经史、说文，工书法，自成一家。
